i really loved the hotel. the staff were very attentive and kind! the sunset view from the infinity pool was beautiful and there were plenty of sunbeds available.

The food and drinks were overpriced. I noticed an additional 17% tax added to the displayed prices.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the ozone pool was nice and the beach nearby was great. room service was quality and cleanliness was good. you should not worry about that at all.

the hotel charged very high prices. this was for everything. i think i was like i paid too much compared to other places nearby. i think more fair pricing could help.

I found location good, and the public areas nice. Rooms was also nice and the spa was world-class. Above all, the staff is great and especially the pool team. Mr Mee remembered our names everyday.
